  • Do we need a reservation?

    Yes, seating is limited on The Drag Bus, and we like to accommodate as many people as possible.

  • How many people need to be booked for the tour to proceed?

    The minimum number of participants needed for a tour to go out is 16. If you have a party of 2, book your reservation and we will do our best to ensure 14 other participants book on that tour as well. If for any reason your scheduled time does not fill up, we will work with you to secure another tour while you’re in town.

  • How many people can ride on the bus?

    Our maximum capacity for each tour is 24 people.

  • Can I reserve the entire bus?

    Yes, baby! We offer Private Tours at a discounted rate! A Private Tour is for you and up to 23 guests!

  • What if I have more than 24 people?

    If your party has more than 24 people, we would recommend splitting your party into two groups and scheduling tours accordingly. For more information and/or assistance, please email us at info@thedragbusaz.com.

  • Can we move our scheduled tour time?

    There is little flexibility in moving tours as we usually book far in advance. We will do everything we can to accommodate your party but please keep in mind that you are not the only customers we are trying to accommodate.

  • Can you pick us up at our hotel or Airbnb?

    No, everyone must come to our check-in location so we can properly check waivers and ID’s.

  • When would/how would I know if our tour has been cancelled?

    The Drag Bus operates rain or shine, unless extreme weather permits danger. Our tours are rarely cancelled, however a 10–15-minute delay may be possible. In the rare event a tour is cancelled, we will contact you by phone or text as soon as possible. Our team will be sure to contact you to inform you of anything related to your reservation. Therefore, no-call, no-shows are not eligible for a refund.

  • What’s included in the ticket price?

    A one-of-a-kind 90-minute tour of laughs, games and drag performances from Phoenix/Scottsdale’s hottest Drag Queens. The Drag Bus provides ice and coolers, no outside food and/or coolers are permitted. Each ticket is one seat on the bus. If you’d like to reserve multiple seats on the bus, purchase 1 ticket per additional seat.

  • Where do we check in?

    Please arrive 30 minutes prior to your scheduled tour time to check-in at 50 Shades of Rosé (7419 E Indian Plaza B, Scottsdale, AZ 85251). Once your group is checked-in, please use this time to grab a drink at the bar, use the restroom, and get excited for your one-of-a-kind Drag Bus experience!

  • How long is the tour?

    The Drag Bus tour is approximately 90 minutes in length. Please arrive 30 minutes prior to your scheduled tour time check-in.

  • Why do we need to arrive 30 minutes prior to our tour?

    We ask that you arrive 30 minutes prior to your tour to ensure there is adequate time to complete necessary waivers and process ID checks. Boarding will begin 10 minutes prior to your scheduled tour time.

  • What if I am running late?

    All tours will depart at their scheduled tour times. The Drag Bus cannot, and will not wait for any late parties, so please plan accordingly. All parties must complete check-in at least 15 minutes prior to the scheduled tour time. No shows will not receive a refund under any circumstances.

  • Is there available parking?

    Limited parking is available within the vicinity of the check-in location. We suggest that you use a Ride-Share service to-and-from your tour. We do not want anyone driving after your tour on The Drag Bus.

  • Where does the tour end?

    All tours will end back at the check-in location, 50 Shades of Rosé (7419 E Indian Plaza B, Scottsdale, AZ 85251). Private parties may request special accommodation to be made if a different drop-off location is desired.

  • What happens if I left something on The Drag Bus?

    We are not responsible for any left/lost items on The Drag Bus, but we will do our best to get it back to you following your tour. All items left on the bus following a tour will be placed at the check-in location and held until the end of the weekend. If unclaimed at that point, all items will be discarded. All alcohol left on the bus will be discarded after the tour.

  • When do I need to complete the waiver?

    All waivers are to be completed at least one day prior to your scheduled tour. Please be sure to complete the waiver upon scheduling your tour, or for group purchasing, please use the Waiver link found on our website. All waivers must be filled out and signed with your legal name. Your waiver is a legal document and must be filled out properly. PAPER WAIVERS ARE NOT ACCEPTED!

  • Is there an age limit?

    All participants must be at least 21 years of age. In addition, everyone must bring a valid, government issued ID to check in. Anyone who books a guest who is under 21 will not receive a refund and will not be allowed to participate. Fake ID's will be taken and turned over to the local police, and the presenting guest will not be allowed on the tour.

  • Do you check IDs?

    Yes! We require a government-issued ID (Ex. Valid Driver's License, Military ID or Passport.) College ID's or any other type of non-government issued ID will not be accepted. Management has final discretion on accepting an ID. Fake ID's will be taken and turned over to the local police.

  • Is alcohol permitted on The Drag Bus?

    Yes, you are welcome to bring both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages aboard The Drag Bus. We will provide ice and coolers, and have bottled water for sale at check-in. All beverages must be purchased BEFORE you check in. Glass is PROHIBITED on The Drag Bus, so please bring pre-mixed, canned beverages/cocktails.

  • Can we drop off our alcohol prior to our tour?

    No, we are unable to store any items, including but not limited to alcohol for any parties under any circumstances.

  • How many drinks should each person bring?

    We recommend 2-3 drinks per person per 90-minute tour. There will be no stop for additional alcoholic beverages, please plan your tour accordingly.

  • What if I show up intoxicated?

    We want everyone to have fun and enjoy your time on The Drag Bus. Anyone who arrives or becomes intoxicated before their tour will not be allowed to board the bus. While we encourage drinking and having a good time, the Queens and/or Bus Driver will have full authority to stop the bus and remove any person or persons if their behavior becomes disruptive or disrespectful. Refunds will not be issued under any circumstance if you or your party are not permitted to ride or are removed at any point.

  • What happens if I have unopened beverages at the end of the tour?

    Participants are free to take any UNOPENED containers with you. Please keep in mind it is against Arizona State Law to take any containers (opened or unopened) into any other business.

  • What if I get sick on The Drag Bus?

    As stated in the waiver you signed prior to your tour, we will charge the card on file a $250 clean-up fee in the event you get sick or urinate on The Drag Bus. Please keep in mind that if you do either one, you will be kicked off the bus immediately. Don’t be that person that ruins everyone’s good time! Enjoy yourself and remember to please drink responsibly.

  • What can I bring aboard The Drag Bus?

    Be sure to bring a Positive, Party Attitude and cash to tip your Queens! Participants are responsible for bringing all beverages. Beverages Everything must be pre-mixed, canned beverages/cocktails. Glass is PROHIBITED on The Drag Bus.

  • What can’t I bring aboard The Drag Bus?

    We do not allow coolers, glass, luggage, food, large bags or items, decorations, silly string, confetti, glitter, or adult novelties of any size. Bad attitudes, vulgar language, rude and disrespectful people will not be tolerated. Please keep in mind that we are not responsible or able to hold any of these items for participants during your tour.

  • Should I tip the Drag Queens?

    Our Queens all work for gratuity - it's how they can afford their costumes, makeup, etc. We recommend a minimum gratuity of $10-$15 a person for each Queen, but please tip as much as you would like. Gratuity can be added to your card when booking the tour if you would like. For private tours, there will be an automatic 20% gratuity added to your total at checkout.

  • What can get me in trouble?

    Nearly all our guests are amazing! We at The Drag Bus are very easy to get along with and just want to have a good time! But there are some big NO-NO’s. Please refer to our Code of Conduct and your signed waiver for a comprehensive list. Our staff reserves the right to have you removed from The Drag Bus at any point for not following our directions. Refunds will not be issued to those who conduct this type of behavior.

  • Return Policy

    50% refund on cancellations with 7+ days notice. No refund within 7 day window.

  • Code of Conduct

    All Drag Bus participants must abide by our Code of Conduct. The following actions are not allowed while riding The Drag Bus and include but are not limited to the following:

    • Standing during the Drag Queens’ performance

    • Getting on stage with the Drag Queen

    • Touching the Drag Queens in any way

    • Vulgar or socially inappropriate music

    • Obscene or disrespectful language

    • Over-intoxication

    • Vomiting on or around The Drag Bus

    • Public urination on or around The Drag Bus

    • Destruction of The Drag Bus property

    • Any form of indecent exposure

    • Giving alcohol to non-passengers

    • Littering

    If any participant violates any of these actions, you will be removed immediately, and the tour will be canceled at the driver’s discretion and no refund will be given.
